Description:
Videos -> Files -> a directory with many files
Hold the down arrow
Kodi completely terminates

I can reproduce this on 3 computers. I have even tried renaming the setting directory so it creates fresh settings files on startup.

I selected Severity Critical because it is unusable as it is.

I have downgraded to kodi-19.5-2 with no further problems.

Additional info:
* local/kodi 20.0-2
* I attached the normal crash log and with debug enabled

Steps to reproduce:
Videos -> Files -> a directory with many files
Hold the down arrow
Kodi completely terminates

I could not reproduce in a VM. The 3 computers have similar hardware.

I created an upstream ticket after not having the crash in a VM.

This has been resolved upstream[0]. I created a patch and PKGBUILD to get me by until this is merged into a release. I attached them here to hopefully help someone else with this same issue.
