Description: Unable to update waybar due to an unresolvable dependency on libspdlog.so=1.11-64

Looks like spdlog 1.11.0-1 wasn't promoted out of [community-testing] leading to this error.

libspdlog.so=1.11-64 is provided in spdlog 1.11.0-1, which is still in community-testing. This waybar upgrade should have stayed in testing until new spdlog enters community.

Someone moved the rebuilt waybar (and others) out of testing but did not move spdlog itself for some reason. I just moved it so the issue should resolve itself when your mirror updates.
