Description:

Following the failure of a package download, pacman proceeds to download the next package and also re-attempts to download the failed package.
Only tested with ParallelDownloads set to 1. The bottom two packages in the attached screenshot are both downloading at the same time.

Steps to reproduce:

Install pacman 6.0.0alpha1-1
Run pacman -Syu over a slow connection, ParallelDownloads set to 1 and an update containing several large package download sizes.
