Attached diff switches the libsamplerate package to use a PGP-signed git tag for the source. It also updates to the current homepage of the project.

@mysta: Thanks for the report.

As discussed (off the bug tracker) via mail yesterday, all of erikd's projects have been transferred to github.
Unfortunately the chain of trust for the releases have not been figured out yet (as his projects are now somewhat community projects).

I'll close this ticket once the dust has settled upstream.
