Neither Xsane, Kooka nor OpenOffice work with Sane anymore, while Scanimage works properly.
This bug has not emerged till december with my devices Canonscan LiDE 20 and 25, so my guess is that the problem is in one of the updated Packages, some Libs maybe. I attach the part of the pacman.log of that time and other things that could help to locate the problem.

Maybe this bug is related to  bug 6182 , but I don't know if the scanner has worked there before.
BTW, the current Arch Linux version is 0.8 (Voodoo), isn't it? Reported Version = 0.8.

Well, then someone should move this to the related tasks of  bug 6182 , since I'm not able to do it.
