Description:
Word which contains ^ accent are wrongly displayed since harfbuzz 1.2.0-1

Additional info:
* package version(s) : 1.2.0-1

Steps to reproduce:
1- Display in Qt or GTK app a word with ^ accent like : Fenêtre
2- The app display "Fenêtre" wrongly : Fen*e , êtr char are merged.

Are you using Cantarell? If so, definitely try something else.
