Why polkit rules is inside /user/share/ ? And not inside /usr/share ?
And why you need polkit rules, if you do need polkit rules there is a serious problem in your configuration...

The /user typo was already reported and fixed,  FS#40422

The rule exists to let the xbmc user use power functions and mount removable disks. This is necessary when there is no active session, such as when using the provided service to autostart XBMC.

How do either of these mean reopening this bug?
