acturely leafpad support startupnotify, just need add one line in the desktop file.

StartupNotify=true

maybe offical doesn't, but if compile with startupnotify, i think better to add one, and then the xcursor will change when start leafpad

Patching this seems fine to me.

But, I just orphaned leafpad, so if someone else want's to take that on, I'd love it
