They seem to be hosted on ftp://ftp.archlinux.org/other/texlive/ but they re not currently there
I dont know if firmicus is in the process of building those along with texlive
ATM all texlive-*-doc's are broken

Well, some of these packages are big enough, and because of the missing "any"-architecture they have to be uploaded twice. I see no reason to upload them a third time.
