Description: after recent update, libgphoto2 is failing to download pics from digital camera again (canon A75). was fixed, now is not working again. fails as both user and root.

Additional info:
* package version(s) - libgphoto2-2.4.0-6
* config and/or log files etc. - moved udev rule for cam to top of list (in 54-gphoto.rules), didn't help. changed udev rule to:

ATTRS{product}=="Canon Digital Camera", ATTRS{idProduct}=="30b5", MODE="0660", GROUP="camera"

didn't work.

* error message:

An error occurred in the io-library ('Could not claim the USB device'): Could not claim interface 0 (Bad file descriptor). Make sure no other program or kernel module (such as sdc2xx, stv680, spca50x) is using the device and you have read/write access to the device.

user is in camera group.

Steps to reproduce: turn on camera, launch gtkam, digikam, etc.

it's really the time to make a new version, 2.4.1 which is almost 3 months old... This bug is fixed in this version. And many others.
