Summary and Info:
libtcl8.4.so is missing after upgrading to tcl 8.5.0.

Steps to Reproduce:
tuxracer from extra/ and etracer from community/ stopped working after the upgrade to the newer tcl.
They stop spitting:
"tuxracer: error while loading shared libraries: libtcl8.4.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

You should have made two bug reports for this :
one for etracer in the community section
one for tuxracer in Arch Linux section (packages extra).
