Those are all packages YOU explicitly installed.
You may be thinking of:
-t, --orphans list all packages not required by any package
You should use -Qtd to get the same functionality as in -Qe.
Note that --orphans option is misnamed and will be renamed to --unrequired in the next version.
or (I like this) just close this type of reports?
