Description:

kdmtheme crashes KDE control center

Additional info:
* package version(s) : kdmtheme 1.2.2-1(KDE

Steps to reproduce:

1. Did ftp install and installed KDE.

2.Logged in as root into KDE.

3. installed kdmtheme using pacman.

4.Opened KDE control center and navigated to System Admin-->KDM Theme Manager.

5.When tried to change the theme after installing a custom theme control panel crashes.


This happens every time i try to change the kdm theme.

Reason for closing:  Won't implement
Additional comments about closing:  kdmtheme was removed from the repo. KDE 4.1 has something similar built in.

This happened to me when I was trying to install a new version of an already installed theme. I was able to see both versions of the theme untill kcontrol crashed. After that, there was only the new version and everything worked again.
