Description: On shutting down my system I observe that networkmanager carps that dbus is not running at the stage of shutdown where remaining processes are sent a SIGTERM. It would appear that /etc/rc.d/networkmanager either does not terminate networkmanager, or one of its component processes, properly.

Additional info:
* networkmanager-0.6.5-3

Steps to reproduce:
1) Reboot or shutdown the system
2) Note the networkmanager-related warnings between sending SIGTERM and SIGKILL part of the reboot/shutdown procedure
