sdl_mixer should be compiled with support for all libraries (libmad etc.).

pangzero in AUR needs opt deps in order to play music. Can't name other apps needing opt deps right now, but I know they do exist :-)

I have gone for a compromise here and enabled MPEG support. If examples of other programs requiring further additions are forthcoming then I will reconsider adding more.
