Currently, starting the netfs service doesn't try to mount
NFSv4 file systems. As anyone adding such to their fstab
will most likely know what he's doing, it would be
reasonable to mount it. After all, that's what the netfs
init script is for.
All we need is to add nfs4 to the list of automounted filesystems. |

I guess nonfs4 should be added to rc.sysinit's NETFS variable too.
This is like a 30 second fix...can one of the guys that maintains
this script take care of it?
LOL, I've just sent a patch to Aaron for inclusion into next
initscripts, and then noticed your comment in my gmailbox. :-)
as far as i can see nonfs4 IS added to rc.sysinit. is this solved?
