Description:
exiftool version 12.63 added the option to read/write brotli compressed metadata[1].

however, this only works if perl-io-compress-brotli is installed, and shows this warning if not

`
$ exiftool file.jxl| grep Warning
Warning : Install IO::Uncompress::Brotli to decode Brotli-compressed metadata

Steps to reproduce:
Download file.jxl
run `exiftool file.jxl` without perl-io-compress-brotli installed
