Details

The packages "extra/fio" and "extra/python-fiona" conflicts on file "/usr/bin/fio". This file is different for the two packages, indeed they are not in the CONFLICTS list of the other, however we can't have these both installed.

With "extra/fio" installed, "pacman -S python-fiona" fails with:
error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
python-fiona: /usr/bin/fio exists in filesystem (owned by fio)
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

In the wiki ( https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Pacman#%22Failed_to_commit_transaction_(conflicting_files)%22_error ) is written "If the file is owned by another package, file a bug report."

Debian renames /usr/bin/fio supplied by fiona to /usr/bin/fiona [1].
