Description:
hackrf.conf is installed to /etc/modprobe.d when it should be installed into /usr/lib/modprobe.d If the user wishes to not blacklist the hackrf module, they can symlink the same filename as /usr/lib/modprobe.d in /etc/modprobe.d to /dev/null.
