Description:

When upgrading to version 238-1 of lib32-libgudev, Steam crashes on attempted startup. Downgrading lib32-libgudev to 237-2 fixes this.

Steam doesn't require this package, but it is required by Proton, another piece of Valve software that users of Steam may have installed. And even though Steam doesn't require it (according to the PKGBUILD), it still crashes when this package is present.

A Valve developer upstream (issue linked below) notes that the error is coming from systemd, so it's unclear to what extent this is a systemd problem, a lib32-libgudev problem, or a Steam problem.

Error message logs can be found at the upstream bug report (linked below), but please let me know if there's any other useful debug info or tests I can supply or run that would be helpful.

Additional info:
* package version(s): lib32-libgudev 238-1
* link to upstream bug report: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/steam-for-linux/issues/9805

Steps to reproduce:
- On a system with steam and lib32-libgudev 238-1 installed, attempt to start Steam, see crash
- downgrade lib32-libgudev to 237-2 and observe no crash

I can confirm this exact issue. In my case, lib32-gudev is pulled in by proton-ge-custom-bin. Downgrading to 237 solves the crash.

For whenever maintainers glance at this, I accidentally left the severity at the default (low). Based on the impact and effects I think it could be justifiable to increase that a few notches
