KSysGuard can't run

Additional info:
* ksysguard 5.22.0-1
* icu 73.2-1

Steps to reproduce:
❯ ksysguard
ksysguard: error while loading shared libraries: libicui18n.so.72: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I think it's just need rebuild
