Services do not start. When checking with: $ cd /usr/share/webapps/gitlab/ $ sudo -u gitlab $(cat environment | xargs) bundle-2.7 exec rake gitlab:check ... LoadError: libicuuc.so.72: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory - /usr/share/webapps/gitlab/vendor/bundle/ruby/2.7.0/gems/charlock_holmes-0.7.7/lib/charlock_holmes/charlock_holmes.so ... This indicates this needs to be rebuilt with `icu`. Additional info: * package version(s) 16.1.0-1 * config and/or log files etc. * link to upstream bug report, if any Steps to reproduce: - Start the *GitLab* services. |

I have confirmed this bug, rebuilding against new version of https://archlinux.org/packages/core/x86_64/icu/ appears to do the trick.

Does 16.1.0-2 work for you?
