Description:
texlive-langchinese contains files required for compiling Japanese. This includes at least usr/share/texmf-dist/tex/latex/ctex/ctexhook.sty. Since texlive-langcjk now exists, those should probably be moved.

Attached is a minimal working example which compiles when texlive-langchinese is installed, and does not compile when it is not.

We are following upstream categorization, and ctex is categorized under chinese. If you want to propose changes, please do it upstream.
