Description:

`man perf-trace` says I can run `perf trace` for tracing, but it doesn't work:

# perf trace
perf: 'trace' is not a perf-command. See 'perf --help'.
# /usr/bin/trace
trace command not available: missing libtraceevent devel package at build time.

Additional info:
* package version(s) 6.2-1
* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:

- pacman -S perf && /usr/bin/trace
