Description:
Packages installed: base linux linux-firmware
Unable to install kde-applications and kde-applications-meta with error

qgpgme: /usr/lib/qgpgme/WKSPublishJob exists in filesystem (owned by qgpgme)

(i'm too lazy to write more errors manually)

Affected packages are

[Akonadi import wizard] [Akonadi console] [Akregator]

Problem started around May 09 2023 - May 10 2023
