Details

Running tor 0.4.7.13-2 on current Arch gives this warning:

> Tor was compiled with zstd 1.5.4, but is running with zstd 1.5.5. For safety, we'll avoid using advanced zstd functionality.

Would be great to recompile with zstd 1.5.5.

Upstream apparently don't trust the ABI guarantee...which is unfortunate coz that's essentially incompatible with how distros manage shared lib upgrades.
