Description:
Update to not using setup.py in build, test and install

Tests should now be working, but to do this, in powerline need to disable validation of logging format

Is there an upstream issue / fix for the validation of the logging format failing?

i created issue today for it: https://github.com/powerline/powerline/issues/2234

the thing is that in this package was even comment that test will fail, and in repo i dont see any pipeline that will run tests...
