Description:
When installing systemd-253.3-2 the systemd-hook hangs.
I am upgrading from systemd-253.3-1 (core), which downgrades / installs just fine.

Steps to reproduce:
When using systemd-253.3-1 install systemd-253.3-2. Also hangs when reinstalling the package.
