Description:
When using lts version, the yubikey with newer firmware - openpgp and piv configurated - cannot use pcsc-shared option correctly. It's always failed with card error. Update to 2.4 resolved the issue.

Maybe it related to https://dev.gnupg.org/T6070

Additional info:
* gnupgp version: 2.2.41
* config with pcsc-shared and disable-ccid

Steps to reproduce:
* start pcscd service
* Configuration gnupg with scdaemon.conf: disable-ccid, pcsc-shared.
* run gpg --card-status
* run pkcs11-tool -O --login twice
run gpg --card-status again, and run gpg -d somefile.gpg, it would fail because no secret/device access.
