Note: This is part of https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/73728.

Both man-db and mandoc provide "man" and also conflict with each other.

The following packages have a hard dependency on man-db:

* community/man-pages-zh_cn (Maintainer: @felixonmars)
* comminuty/man-pages-zh_tw (Maintainer: @felixonmars)

Which prevents having both them and mandoc installed at the same time.

Solution: Make these packages depend on "man" rather than on "man-db".

Note that these are the only man page packages that still depend directly on
"man-db". All of the following packages depend on just "man":

* community/man-pages-cs
* community/man-pages-da
* community/man-pages-de
* community/man-pages-es
* community/man-pages-fr
* community/man-pages-hu
* community/man-pages-it
* community/man-pages-mk
* community/man-pages-nl
* community/man-pages-pl
* community/man-pages-pt_br
* community/man-pages-ro

Even though the changes required are identical and rather trivial across all
recipes, that task has been opened for almost a year and it has been almost 2
months since the last update, so I figured that creating a task dedicated to
the last PKGBUILD remaining could help, as it has a smaller scope.

Could you assign @felixonmars to either this or that issue and/or contact him?

If that fails, I'd suggest changing the PKGBUILD directly, since this seems
like a rather straightforward fix.

 FS#73728  is mostly done, so will close it in favor of this one.
