Description:
wine 8.0 supports 32-bit applications without 32-bit libraries with --enable-archs build flag.
It is experimental. But it should not break current behavior since the mode works when 32-bit loader isn't found.

I wouldn't recommend enabling that new pure-64bit host process WOW64 option on main wine / wine-staging package in Arch repo.

As it is highly experimental at this point, as per developers.*

Maybe on a separate wine testing package, or a differently named wine alternative package that users can explicitly choose to install instead of wine / wine-staging.
