Description:
The desktop file /usr/share/applications/discord.desktop should specify Discord as a handler for the "discord://" URL scheme. Therefore, xdg-open fails to interpret such links properly and defaults to opening them in the web browser.

Steps to reproduce:
1. xdg-open "discord://discordapp.com/channels/someId/someId2/someId3"
2. This opens the browser.

Expected behaviour:
The above-mentioned URL should be handled by the application.

Proposed fix:
Add the following declaration in discord.desktop file:
```desktop
MimeType=x-scheme-handler/discord;
```

Exec=/usr/bin/discord --url -- %U
MimeType=x-scheme-handler/discord;

The .desktop file comes from the distributed Discord tarball. It'd be better if it was fixed upstream than us carrying a local patch.
