Description:
community-testing/python-isort 5.11.1-1 puts CHANGELOG and LICENSE file in wrong place

usr/lib/python3.10/site-packages/CHANGELOG.md
usr/lib/python3.10/site-packages/LICENSE

should be in it's own directory.

Since python-django-q (released) has same problem, this version of python-isort fails to install due to conflict of the CHANGELOGl.md file.
