Description:
When starting Plasma from SDDM, plasma-xdg-desktop-portal-kde.service crashes with SIGABRT.
It only seems to happen when it's started by SDDM, and later attempts to start it via `systemctl --user start plasma-xdg-desktop-portal-kde` are successful.
