Description:
It seems that python-tornado 6.2 is required with python-jupyter_client 7.3.5 pkg_resources.ContextualVersionConflict: (tornado 6.1 (/usr/lib/python3.10/site-packages), Requirement.parse('tornado>=6.2'), {'jupyter-client'}) Additional info: * package version(s) * config and/or log files etc. * link to upstream bug report, if any Steps to reproduce: Install python-jupyter_client-7.3.5-1 Downgrade to python-jupyter_client-7.3.4-1 solves the issue. |

Basically it means that python-tornado must be updated to 6.2. It
was marked as outdated in July.
python-tornado was just updated to 6.2. IIUC this solves the
problem.
