Description:
ocaml-integers should depend on ocaml-stdlib-shims instead of makedepend on it. Its META file has `requires = "stdlib-shims"` and building ocaml-ctypes currently fails with:

ocamlfind: Package `stdlib-shims' not found - required by `integers'

This package is obsolete with the release of Ocaml 5.0 and should be removed
