Description:
config.guess and config.sub of libxv are outdated. Please consider force updating them using `autoreconf -fiv` which is used in PKGBUILD of libseccomp. A patch is attached below which has been tested using extra-x86_64-build. |

libseccomp does it because it has to i.e the upstream libseccomp tarball doesn't ship "Makefile.in" or "configure"
Yes, config.guess and config.sub in libxv are a bit old but they work fine for our purposes. Sorry, but your rationale in this case is misguided and it results in useless work for no good reason.
