Description:
Include kimageformats as required for gwenview rather than optional, and libheif as required for kimageformats

Additional info:
This seems like a sensible default since Apple has moved to HEIC.

Does gwenview not run without it?

It absolutely runs without it, but won't open HEIC images without kimageformats and libheif. Since the largest smartphone maker has decided this is the new standard, it seems like a sensible default.

Not sure what use an image viewer is that doesn't open images.
