Description: Curl 7.82.0 has a regression concerning self-signd certificates. See upstream issue #8559 an #8560. It has been fixed in 911714d617c106ed5d553bf003e34ec94ab6a136. Someone in german forum reported this as a cause that he could not use his personal pacman repo anymore.

Additional info: Downgrading curl or using wget as works for him/her.
