Description:
without java-commons-lang, functions such as dump_data fail.

Additional info:
* version: 3.3.2-1

Steps to reproduce:

1. find a pdf file
2. run "pdftk somepdf.pdf dump_data"
3. observe error that can be resolved by installing java-commons-lang.
