The two files are provided by the (correctly specified) optional
dependencies bcprov and java-commons-lang, resp. These don't need
to be required dependencies because they are not necessary for
every workflow (e.g. if you don't use encrypted PDF files, you
won't need bcprov). If you attempt to perform an operation that
uses these files, you will get a "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError",
in which case you will need to install the necessary optional
dependency.
