Description:
After upgrading python 3.9.9 to 3.10.1, Kodi crashes with this error:

I guess the trigger is some add-on, like 'Youtube' video plugin.

Additional info:
* packages: kodi 19.3-2; python 3.10.1-2.

Steps to reproduce:
- Clean ~/.kodi directory;
- Run 'kodi-standalone';
- Install the add-on 'Youtube' video plugin;

Solution:
rollback to kodi 19.3-1 and python 3.9.9-1 or do not use add-ons.
