* issue is first seen in git9.d5c3d43-2, all older versions are working fine
* symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libtg_owt.so.0: undefined symbol: _ZN6dcsctp23TaskQueueTimeoutFactory16TaskQueueTimeoutC1ERS0_

Steps to reproduce:
install telegram-desktop and start on console. It does not start but throws the message above. Downgrading to 0.git8.d578c76-1 solves the issue.

Yeah, it's because of https://github.com/desktop-app/tg_owt/issues/75.

I moved the package from [community-testing] to [community-staging] for the time being.
