This bug is a collection of bugs that hold glibc 2.6 and gcc 4.2.0 in testing

This task depends upon
~~FS#7286 - boost library include broken with gcc 4.2~~
~~FS#7296 - perl does not build with gcc 4.2.0~~
~~FS#7297 - kernels should match gcc version~~
~~FS#7299 - OpenOffice does not compile with gcc-gcj eclipse-version on amd6~~
~~FS#7300 - Makepkg should use -mtune=generic for gcc 4.2.0~~
