Some programs, notably Vitis, complain if the `arch` command is missing.[1] It's a tiny program that just prints "x86_64", but they depend on it. So, could you please add the argument --enable-install-program="arch" when running ./configure for this package?

If you're concerned about staying true to the default set of coreutils programs, you could even split the arch command out into a separate package (it could be called "coreutils-arch", for example).
