Description:
https://developer.gnome.org/notification-spec/ (the "Upstream URL") is
now a 404; the page has moved to
https://developer-old.gnome.org/notification-spec/.

There does not seem to be a page for libnotify on the new
https://developer.gnome.org.

Either way, I think a better upstream URL for this package would be
https://developer-old.gnome.org/libnotify/ rather than the
notification-spec page.
