Description:
Since the update to version 21.1.0-1, graphical applications that uses OpenGL to render present graphical glitches and artifacts on my system with a Radeon
R7 360 GPU. Reverting to the previous version (21.0.3-3) fixes the problem.

Steps to reproduce:
1) setup an intallation with KDE Plasma and a Radeon R7 360 (I don't have the means to test if this depends on the hardware or the desktop environment)
2) open an OpenGL app, like Plasma with compositing enabled or a game like team Fortress 2.
