Description: Having broadcom-wl pkgrel 292 installed together with linux 5.12.13 will make my Ethernet card be unavailable for my network manager (NetworkManager), but WiFi card works. By downgrading broadcom-wl to pkgrel 291 the WiFi card stops working (makes sense, broadcom-wl pkgrel 291 was probably not built against linux 5.12.13), but Ethernet card works again.

From lspci: my Ethernet is BCM5761 with driver 'tg3' (from Linux kernel), and my WiFi is BCM43228 with module 'bcma' (even though broadcom-wl blacklists it, but works). I still see my Ethernet card with proper module in lspci even when broadcom-wl pkgrel 292 is installed and the Ethernet card doesn't show up in NetworkManager.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
core/linux 5.12.3.arch1-1
community/broadcom-wl 6.30.223.271-292 (and pkgrel -291)
* config and/or log files etc.
* link to upstream bug report, if any

Steps to reproduce:
- Use/install linux 5.12.3.arch1-1 and broadcom-wl 6.30.223.271-292
- Reboot the system
- The Ethernet doesn't show up in the network manager after rebooting, WiFi is ok
- Downgrade to broadcom-wl 6.30.223.271-291
- Reboot the system
- Ethernet shows up after rebooting, WiFi doesn't show up in the network manager
