Description:
This library has been abandoned many years ago (see the deprecation notice: https://github.com/Cloudef/wlc#deprecation-notice), doesn’t have any dependency left in the main repositories, and its four dependencies in AUR are all abandoned as well (I just checked).

I suggest dropping this to the AUR, not just deleting it. I've been keeping a weather eye out on forks and several people have picked it up and tried. So far there isn't any real momentum behind any of them, but I am not ready to agree it's a total dead end just because the original upstream moved on.

Jerome if you are agreeable to the idea of dropping this from [community] to the AUR I'd be happy to take care of the details. If you want to hang onto it in [community] that's fine too, your package your call. Just letting you know I'm happy to do the work if you make a decision.
