Description:
Systemd Coredumps, besides the coredumps vsftpd works as desired

Can you attach an strace output of the crash? Sounds like seccomp

I tried the option seecomp_sandbox=NO, which I've seen in the other bug (Paul Schäfer). This seems to stop coredumps.
My strace is enclosed.

+1 for seccomp_sandbox=NO, not seecomp :)
I had force closed connections from the server.
